Meta Platform Data

Print Shop Worx may allow authorised business users to connect their Meta business assets, such as Facebook Pages and Instagram business accounts, to use social media scheduling, publishing, and account management features within the Print Shop Worx platform.

When a user connects a Meta account, Print Shop Worx may receive limited data from Meta depending on the permissions approved by the user. This may include account/page identifiers, page names, connected Instagram business account details, post or media information required to create or manage content, access tokens, and related publishing or account connection data.

Print Shop Worx uses Meta Platform Data only to provide the requested social media features to the authorised user, including connecting accounts, displaying connected account information, preparing social media posts, publishing approved content, and helping the user manage their own business social media workflow.

Print Shop Worx does not sell Meta Platform Data. Print Shop Worx does not share Meta Platform Data with unauthorised third parties. Print Shop Worx does not use Meta Platform Data for unrelated advertising, profiling, scraping, or resale.

Users may disconnect their Meta account from Print Shop Worx at any time from within the platform or by removing access through their Meta account settings. Users may also request deletion of data associated with their connected Meta account by contacting Print Shop Worx at info@printshopworx.com.au.
